然后公司盖上公章寄走即可，保险起见可以先扫描给客户看是否可以.

签证分好几种，推荐你办理半年多次入境的签证。

办下来是6个月有效期，可多次入境，每次入境可停留三十天，三十天到期后最多可延期三个月。

需要提供的材料

1，办理外国人来华《邀请函》申请表

2，护照的复印件

3，办理半年多次签证，需要提供3次以上单次入境签证页复印件或一次F半年多次入境签证页复印件。

4，被邀请人来华详细情况说明一份（须盖单位公章）；

5，国内邀请单位的营业执照副本的复印件

6，国内邀请单位出具的担保函

ps：如果第三条不够条件的话，只能申请三个月有效期，单次入境的30/60/90天访问签证，除了上面的材料在出具一份实习的和同就可以了。

除了这些材料，如果你自己去办的话，还要需要网申，通过了在提交以上材料就可以办理了。时间大概是一周（5个工作日）。

这事上次领事馆打电话给我，我没有接到到，后来第三次才接到，结果领事馆的女人发飙，把我冲了一顿，叫我慢慢等签证吧，后来我写给领事馆的说明信，你可以借鉴一下，我写了后第二天又接到电话，第三天签证下来了。

1、申诉信只是签证面试的辅助手段

只要你的申请没有伪造成分，所有人都应该得到签证。你只需面对签证官把你应该获得签证的理由自信而坚定地表达出来就行。

2、申诉信一定要确保英语文字质量

英语文字一定要流畅通顺，语言内容一定要明快有力。文字次序的排列对于申诉信的效力有相当的影响。

为确保文字质量，最好让从国外回来的朋友替你的申诉信把关，实在不行，可以让专业翻译公司的人替你检查一遍。

3、申诉信一定要简洁明快

英国签证处每天接待无数人，签证官必须在几十秒之内处理一个申请。尤其是在繁忙的夏季，签证官的心理和生理状态都不会太好。你的申诉信只有瞬间机会让签证官匆匆扫描一下，必须在瞬间抓住他的注意力。因此，文字的简洁明快就特别重要。把自己的观点表达得淋漓尽致，一步到位。

4、申诉信一定要坚定有力。

申诉信只有一个目的，是对于拒签的反驳。如果你没有巨大的冤屈，为什么要申诉？申诉信的基本格式应该是：在简短的开场白之后，摆出签证官拒签的理由，然后逐条加以反驳。注意反驳的力量，不是来自粗暴的责备，而是来自逻辑和论证的力量。

另外注意的是这封申诉信的递交日期一定要在你可以申诉的最后期限内递交上去。

基本上格式是这样：1，自我介绍，说明白自己的情况。

2，为什么要留学？家庭的影响啊~~之类的；3，为什么选择xx国家~~把这个国家的介绍摘抄一部分就可以了。 历史方面的，教育方面的等等。

4，自己选择的学校和专业专业的部分可以多说一点。5，求学历程规划和毕业后的计划尽量说的合理一点。
