1.直接用任意一家中国公司名义邀请过来，只需要公司名义出一份邀请函，上面写明朋友的名字和护照号码，最后盖上公章即可。

2.完成后叫朋友拿着护照和邀请函到中国驻法国大使馆申请就可以。

根据中国外交部领事司的规定，你应该是给她发个邀请函就可以了。

但是这个规定很原则。而古巴人出国并不容易。

可能你得给她发个正式的经过翻译和公证的西班牙语邀请函（有她的全名），她收到后才好去古巴移民局申请护照和离境许可（PERMISO DE SALIDA，这是古巴人出国必须的，否则即便有外国签证也不能出国）。这个咱没法控制，主要是她那边办。

她办好这些以后凭你的邀请函去中国驻古巴使馆领事处申请签证。但是申请中国旅游签证（L签）应该提供有足够来华旅费的证明，必要时还须提供离开中国后前往国家（地区）的机票。

我想为了保险，你还应该写一封以中国驻古巴使馆领事处为抬头的邀请函，里面有她的全名和护照号码，最好古巴身份证号码和她出生日期也写上，并且附上你的身份证复印件或中国护照复印件证明你是中国人，在邀请函里写清楚你愿意担负你朋友在华期间的开支费用。如果有你工作的证明和收入的证明（比如工资单之类）更好。

古巴人的财力一般都无法承担到中国的旅行费用，所以最大的问题是机票。如果你能提交她来往中国的机票的证明（至少是个预定的证明），可能就比较有把握拿到签证了。

除了护照和上面的材料外，她申请签证时还应该提交近期、正面、免冠护照照片1张（不接受生活照、照片复印件或普通纸张打印的数码照片，最好多准备几张备用）。如果批下来了，取签证的时候带10CUC签证费（针对古巴人是10CUC，其它国家要30CUC呢）。

唔，要办护照说明你要出国，那就按照访友的邀请函写吧~否则也不好解释~
