双击打开需要破解保护密码的Excel文件

依次点击菜单栏上的视图---宏----录制宏

输入宏名字如:宏1点击确定

依次点击菜单栏上的视图---宏----停止录制

依次点击菜单栏上的视图---宏----查看宏

选择宏1点击编辑

将窗口内的内容全选后删除

然后将下面分割线以内的内容开始复制粘贴在上面的窗口内：
